Common use of Teacher Coverage Clause in Contracts

Teacher Coverage. For teacher dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of ninety (90) percent of the teacher premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual teacher premium of the dental plan chosen by the teacher. However, beginning January 1, 2019, the minimum teacher contribution shall be thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) per month.

However, for 13 calendar years beginning January 1, 20192014 2016, and January 1, 2015 2017, the minimum 14 teacher contribution shall be thirteen five dollars and fifty cents ($13.505.00) per month.
