TEACHER FILES. Subd. 1 The District shall maintain, reproduce, make available, expunge and destroy all teacher evaluations and files in accordance with M.S. 122A.40, Subd. 19, as amended. Subd. 2 Copies of any new materials to be placed in a teacher’s file shall be sent to the teacher within three (3) days of such placement. It is understood that copies of the following materials placed in a teacher’s file do not have to be sent to the teacher.
