Development of New Programs. The Board agrees to involve the Association in the development of new curricula or teaching programs. The Board shall have the right to involve such persons as it may deem fit in the development of such programs. Recommendations for teacher participants will be sought from the Association prior to the appointment of teachers.

Development of New Programs. The District agrees to discuss with the Association pursuant to the procedures contained in this Article, the development and implementation of new programs for which funds may be requested from the State or Federal governments.

The Board shall have the right to involve such other staff members as it may deem fit in the development of such programs. The Association shall have the right to initiate discussions in connection with the development of any new programs which it desires to seek for the Groton Central School District.
