TEACHER-PRINCIPAL CONFERENCE. During any conference between a teacher and principal or teacher and administrator, the teacher may request that the conference be recessed and reconvened with a Union representative in attendance. Such conference shall be held in private. The teacher shall receive a written resume of the conference upon request.
