Teacher's File. All teachers shall have the right, upon request, to review the contents of his/her personnel file, except for confidential references and to make copies thereof at a mutually agreeable time. No complaint by a parent(s) or guardian of a student, and directed towards a teacher, shall become a matter of record unless it has been promptly called to the teacher’s attention. No material derogatory to the teacher’s conduct, service, character, or personality shall be placed in his/her personnel file, unless the teacher has been notified thereof and given the opportunity to review such material. The teacher shall have the right to have included in his/her personnel file his/her answer. In the event an action is submitted to the Board concerning a teacher, such teacher shall be notified as soon as possible by the Superintendent.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.

  • Appendix A – HRIS File Each Board shall provide to the Trustees of the ETFO ELHT directly, or provide authorization through its Insurance Carrier of Record to gather and provide to the Trustees, the following information within one (1) month of notification from the Trustees. The following information shall be provided in the formats agreed to by the Trustees of the ETFO ELHT and the employer representatives:

  • Personnel File An employee, or the President of the Union, or his/her designate, with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review the employee's personnel file(s), both paper and, if applicable, electronic, in the office in which the file is normally kept, in order to facilitate the investigation of a grievance. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such file(s).

  • Access to Files A copy of any completed evaluation which is to be placed in a nurse’s file shall be first reviewed with the nurse. The nurse shall initial such evaluation as having been read and shall have the opportunity to add her views to such evaluation prior to it being placed in her file. It is understood that such evaluations do not constitute disciplinary action by the Hospital against the nurse. Each nurse shall have reasonable access to all her files for the purpose of reviewing their contents in the presence of her supervisor. A copy of the evaluation will be provided to the nurse at her request. No document shall be used against a nurse where it has not been brought to her attention in a timely manner. Any letter of reprimand, suspension or other sanction will be removed from the record of a nurse eighteen months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that the nurse’s record has been discipline free for one year.   • Access to Information Systems Access, if any, to DXC’s Information Systems is granted solely to perform the Services under this Order, and is limited to those specific DXC Information Systems, time periods and personnel as are separately agreed to by DXC and Supplier from time to time. DXC may require Supplier’s employees, subcontractors or agents to sign individual agreements prior to access to DXC’s Information Systems. Use of DXC Information Systems during other time periods or by individuals not authorized by DXC is expressly prohibited. Access is subject to DXC business control and information protection policies, standards and guidelines as may be modified from time to time. Use of any other DXC Information Systems is expressly prohibited. This prohibition applies even when an DXC Information System that Supplier is authorized to access, serves as a gateway to other Information Systems outside Supplier’s scope of authorization. Supplier agrees to access Information Systems only from specific locations approved for access by DXC. For access outside of DXC premises, DXC will designate the specific network connections to be used to access Information Systems.

  • Computer Files Marked The Seller shall, at its own expense, on or before the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files that the Receivables have been sold to the Purchaser pursuant to this Receivables Purchase Agreement and deliver to the Purchaser the Receivable Schedule, certified by an officer of the Seller to be true, correct and complete.

  • EMPLOYEE FILES 10.01 A copy of any completed formal evaluation which is to be placed in an employee’s file shall be first reviewed with the employee. Leaves of absence in excess of thirty (30) continuous calendar days will not count towards the eighteen (18) months period noted above.

  • Access to Public Records No records of District shall be made available for public inspection or copying by NWRDC, NWESD, or XXXXX without express written authorization of District. Requests pursuant to RCW 42.17 for inspection or copying of public records of District, held or maintained by NWRDC shall be referred to District.

  • Safety Information Any other bulletins may only be posted by mutual agreement between the Union and designated Management.
