Common use of Teachers New to Chardon Clause in Contracts

Teachers New to Chardon. Any teacher new to the Chardon Schools may be required to attend a maximum of two (2) additional days of orientation prior to the opening of the school year. Any deviation from this assignment must have the approval of the Superintendent. Such days are not to be counted as part of the days due for payroll purposes.
