Salary Payments and Deductions. Salary payments will be electronically deposited twice per month on or before the 15th and 30th of each month commencing each contract year in the month of September. In most instances electronic payments will be deposited on the Friday prior to those dates if they fall on a weekend. The Business Office will annually electronically publish a list of payroll dates for the ensuing contract year. Teachers will be paid on a 24 payment basis with equal amounts paid beginning September 15 and five final payments electronically deposited along with the June 15 electronic payment. Payment for additional work will be made as reported by principals. Pay for co-curricular activities will be made according to the statement of the assignment.

Salary Payments and Deductions. 8.8.1 Teachers’ annual salary shall be paid in twenty-four (24) pays. Pay will be issued twice a month, on the 15th and the last banking day of the month. If the pay date of the 15th or the last banking day of the month lands on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, the pay will be issued on the weekday prior to the Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, except for the second pay of June pay which will be issued the first business day of July. Paystubs will not be mailed and shall be available to the member online. When school is not in session paystubs will be made available on request.
