Teachers on Unpaid Leave. a. Subject to the terms of the individual benefit plans, a continuing or temporary teacher on unpaid leave or layoff shall be entitled to remain on the benefit plans (except BCTF Salary Indemnity Plan) by paying the full premium costs in advance.
