CONSULTANT’S INSURANCE The Consultant shall maintain the types of insurance and limits of coverage identified in Exhibit A which is attached and made part of this Contract.
Umbrella Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain umbrella coverage over Employer’s Liability, Commercial General Liability, and Commercial Automobile. Minimum Limits: $2,000,000
Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person carrying out a project similar to the Project would maintain, including commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount provided for in Schedule “B” per occurrence. Developer’s Insurance Developer shall comply with the insurance requirements as indicated in the Facilities Lease.
CONTRACTOR’S INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS The insurance requirements of this Contract are set forth in Appendix J and, if applicable, Appendix J.1.
Contractor’s Insurance 27.1 The Contractor shall procure and maintain at all times it performs any portion of the Services the following insurance with minimum limits equal to the amount indicated below.
Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy Provide a Commercial General Liability Insurance Policy, including contractual liability, in adequate quantity to protect against legal liability arising out of contract activity but no less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Additionally, the CONTRACTOR is responsible for ensuring that any subcontractors provide adequate insurance coverage for the activities arising out of subcontracts.
FDIC Insurance For any deposit accounts you open, the FDIC requires Bank to disclose, and you hereby acknowledge, that deposits held by Evolve Bank & Trust are insured up to $250,000 federal deposit insurance limit, per depositor for each ownership category.
Optional Insurance Landlord may maintain such additional insurance with respect to the Building and the Property, including, without limitation, earthquake insurance, terrorism insurance, flood insurance, liability insurance and/or rent insurance, as Landlord may in its sole discretion elect. Landlord may also maintain such other insurance as may from time to time be required by the holder of any mortgage on the Building or Property. The cost of all such additional insurance shall also be part of the Landlord’s Operating Expenses.
