Teachers with Identified Performance Deficiencies. An IIP shall be implemented for tenure teachers who have been placed on controlled evaluation status. It may also be implemented in the event that the evaluator has identified problems which, if not resolved, may lead to a recommendation for termination, or disciplinary action related to instructional performance. A tenure teacher who receives an overall evaluation rating resulting in the issuance of an Individual Improvement Plan shall be granted a hearing with the Superintendent upon request to review alleged erroneous data as reflected in the teacher's attached comments to the evaluator.
