The Teaching or Professional Practice clause defines the rights and obligations of individuals regarding their engagement in teaching or other professional activities outside their primary employment. Typically, this clause outlines whether and under what conditions an employee, such as a university faculty member, may participate in external teaching, consulting, or professional work, often requiring prior approval or disclosure to avoid conflicts of interest. Teaching or Professional Practice. This part of the dossier should provide information that conveys the scope, quality, and effectiveness of the Member’s teaching or professional practice. Quality and effectiveness as a teacher may be documented and demonstrated through the submission of materials as provided for in Article 11;
