Ethical Practices definition

Ethical Practices means the practices or procedures undertaken to ensure that none of RP or any of its shareholders or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents take any action, directly or indirectly, that would result in or would result in the furtherance of: (i) any offer, payment, promise to pay or authorization of the payment of any money, or other property, or any gift, promise to give, or authorization of the giving of anything of value to any government official, political party, public international organization or official thereof or any candidate for political office; or (ii) a violation of any applicable laws regarding corrupt practices.
