TEAM KCMSD. As part of Phase II of the KCMSD Transformation plan, a 25-member employee ambassador team will meet bi-monthly with the Superintendent to share ideas, discuss common interests, concerns and successes. KCFT & SRP will select at least 1 member from each Unit to serve on Team KCMSD.
