Common use of Technical Data Familiarization Clause in Contracts

Technical Data Familiarization. Upon request by the Buyer, the Seller will provide ***** of Technical Data familiarization training, at the Seller’s or Buyer’s facility. If such familiarization is conducted at the Buyer’s facilities, the Buyer will reimburse the Seller for business class air transportation when the Seller’s personnel must travel internationally, and for confirmed coach class fares, on the Buyer’s routes wherever possible for Seller’s personnel traveling domestically and reasonable food and lodging expenses of the representative(s) of Seller conducting the familiarization training.
