Aircraft Identification for Technical Data. 14.2.1 For those Technical Data that are customized to the Buyer’s Aircraft, the Buyer agrees to the allocation of fleet serial numbers (“Fleet Serial Numbers”) in the form of block of numbers selected in the range from 001 to 999. 14.2.2 The sequence will not be interrupted unless two (2) different Propulsion Systems or two (2) different models of Aircraft are selected. 14.2.3 The Buyer will indicate to the Seller the Fleet Serial Number allocated to each Aircraft corresponding to the delivery schedule set forth in Clause 9.1 no later than ***** before the Scheduled Delivery Month of the first Aircraft. Neither the designation of such Fleet Serial Numbers nor the subsequent allocation of the Fleet Serial Numbers to Manufacturer Serial Numbers for the purpose of producing certain customized Technical Data will constitute any property, insurable or other interest of the Buyer in any Aircraft prior to the Delivery of such Aircraft as provided for in this Agreement. The customized Technical Data that are affected thereby are the following: (i) Aircraft Maintenance Manual, (ii) Illustrated Parts Catalogue, (iii) Trouble Shooting Manual, (iv) Aircraft Wiring Manual, (v) Aircraft Schematics Manual, (vi) Aircraft Wiring Lists.

Aircraft Identification for Technical Data. For the Technical Data that is customized to the Aircraft and/or operations listed below, the Buyer agrees to the allocation of Fleet Serial Numbers (FSNs) in the form of a block of numbers selected in the range from 001 to 999. The sequence will be interrupted only if two (2) different Propulsion Systems or different Aircraft models are selected. The Buyer will indicate to the Seller the FSNs corresponding to the Aircraft as listed in Clause 9 of this Agreement within forty-five (45) days after execution of this Agreement. The allocation of FSNs to such Aircraft will not constitute any proprietary, insurable or other interest of the Buyer in any Aircraft before delivery of and payment for Aircraft as provided in this Agreement. The allocation of FSNs to MSNs does not constitute any property, insurance or interest other than that stipulated herein with regard to any of the Aircraft prior to the Delivery thereof as provided for in this Agreement. The customized Technical Data in question are: (i) Aircraft Maintenance Data, (ii) Illustrated Parts Data (iii) Trouble Shooting Data, (iv) Aircraft Wiring Data, (v) Aircraft Schematics Data,
