Technical Management Plan. The Technical Management Plan will describe how we the Alliance will meet the requirements of TIDC’s Engineering Assurance Process, and all applicable Statutory Requirements as they affect the development of the design solutions of this Alliance. The Technical Management Plan must be consistent with the TIDC Engineering Group Technical Management Plan. It will address four key areas:- A) Design Management, B) Inspection & Testing Management, C) Documentation Management, and D) Configuration Change Management.
