Technical Obsolescence. 4.1 Maintenance and Support Services for Software does not cover maintenance and support for technical obsolescence. Technical obsolescence may be caused by any of the following (but is not confined to the following): database obsolescence, operating system obsolescence, communications technology obsolescence, hardware obsolescence, software engineering tools obsolescence.‌‌ 4.2 Maintenance and Support Services of Software for CSS will be limited to CSS problem resolutions and to modifications required to adapt the CSS to accommodate changes to Solutions, but precludes re- implementation of the CSS due to technical obsolescence. 4.3 If during the term of this SSA, Wenco desires to discontinue any Software or products, Wenco shall deliver to Customer notice of the end of life (‘EOL”) date specifying the duration of support available after the EOL Date. Wenco will provide notice as far in advance of the implementation of the discontinuation as practicable but no less than six (6) months prior to the implementation.‌

  • Obsolescence If Supplier plans to cease production of any Parts after the twenty-year period as detailed in Section 2.3(b) above, then Supplier shall provide Buyer with at least one calendar year’s notice of such event so that Buyer may request a “last-time” buy from Supplier for such Parts.   • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.

When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
