Technical Rescue Team Incentive. A. Employees initially assigned to the Technical Rescue Team shall receive fifty dollars ($50) per month until such time the employee is deemed qualified by the Fire Chief. The employee must be assigned for more than one-half of the month to qualify for this incentive. No partial payment shall be made for working one-half (1/2) or less of the calendar month.
