TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE. There will be no technology exchange between Sony and Licensee under this Agreement. Due to the proprietary nature of the mastering process, Sony will not under any circumstances release any master discs or other in-process materials to the Licensee. All such physical master discs, stampers, etc. shall be and remain the sole property of Sony.
