Common use of Telehealth Policy Clause in Contracts

Telehealth Policy. This plan provides coverage for Telehealth services if the service would be covered if it were provided through in-person consultation and as long as the provider is acting within the scope of practice of the provider’s license with regard to Telehealth services. Out-of-Pocket Costs for Telehealth services are the same as the Out-of-Pocket Costs for the same type of service if it had been provided through an in-person consultation.
