Telemetry, Monitoring, and Telecommunications. 1.6.1. Transmitters shall advise Customers of the performance and details of required telemetering facilities that serve them. Some requirements depend on the size and specific location of the connection to the transmission system. As a minimum, telemetry shall be required for the flow of real and reactive power through circuits and transformers, the voltages at selected points, and the status (open or closed) of switching elements.
