Common use of Telephone Assistance Clause in Contracts

Telephone Assistance. Unlimited, toll-free assistance for Sun supported software, hardware, and network problems between 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding Sun holidays (“Telephone Assistance Hours”).

(Sun’s local business hours), Monday through Friday, excluding Sun holidays (“Telephone Assistance Hours”). When a Contact calls for assistance, Sun will call back within an average of four (4) Telephone Assistance Hours.
