TELEPHONE CONCESSIONS. 32.01 Subject to Company policy, regular full-time and part-time employees with six (6) or more months of service are eligible for a discount on service or services offered by the Company on the same basis as non –represented employees. It is recognized that the Company has the exclusive right to amend, modify wholly or in part this plan. The Company agrees, however, that any changes to the concession plan for bargaining unit employees will be equivalent to the services that is provided to non-bargaining employees at the same location. If a National Concession Plan is offered to other represented units or if another represented unit is offered concession over and beyond that of non-represented employees, employees under this agreement shall be made the same offer.

  • Telephone Facilities Where commercial telephone facilities are not available, employees will be allowed reasonable use of the Employer's facilities; in which case no telephone allowances will be paid.

  • Telephone Expenses 1. The State shall pay nine dollars ($9.00) of the basic monthly charge when an employee is specifically required by the State to have a telephone in his or her residence, unless the telephone is provided by the State, whether as a cell phone or other device with telephonic capability that functions to the State’s satisfaction at the member’s residence. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate State service between the semiannual payments.

  • Telephone Allowance Employees on travel status who are required to obtain overnight accommodation shall be entitled to claim for one (1) fifteen (15) minute telephone call home to or within British Columbia, for the first night away and then for every three (3) consecutive nights away thereafter.
