Telephone Monitoring/Recording. Oxygen and the Bank may monitor and/or record telephone calls with Customer to assure the quality of our Customer Service team, and also when contacting Customer regarding servicing and, if implicated, collections and when contacting Customer regarding servicing or collections, or as required by applicable law.
