Telephone Participation. Any one or more members of the Board, or any committee of the Board, may participate in a meeting of the Board or committee by means of a conference telephone call or similar communications equipment allowing all persons participating in the meeting to hear each other at the same time. Participation by such means shall constitute presence in person at a meeting.

Telephone Participation. Any Representative may participate in any meeting of the Executive Committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all Persons participating in the meeting may talk with and hear one another.
