Telephone recall when on call. When recall can be managed without returning to their workplace the employee will be paid one hour at double time for each telephone call. For any subsequent telephone recalls within the hour after the first hour, the employee will be paid a minimum of one hour at double time this will also cover further calls within that hour so that multiple calls within an hour will not attract an additional payment. In addition to their applicable rate for each hour worked on telephone recall the employee will be paid the appropriate allowance in 6.2. Telephone recall does not attract the ten hour break in 2.9.
