TELEPHONE RECORDING AND MONITORING COMMUNICATIONS. 10.4.1. In order to assist Spectra Global in monitoring compliance with Rules relating to conduct, to avoid misunderstandings and/or for other training or compliance purposes, Spectra Global may monitor telephone conversations, email and other communications, and will create and keep a sound recording of calls. These recordings shall be retained for a period of five years and, where requested by a Competent Authority, for a period of up to seven years; and may be made with or without the use of a spoken warning, tone, or similar notification to you. Spectra Global’s recordings shall be and remain the sole property of Spectra Global and will be accepted by you as conclusive evidence of the orders, instructions or conversations so recorded. A copy of such recordings will be available on request. You agree that Spectra Global may deliver copies or transcripts of such recordings to any court, arbitrator, independent auditor, Competent Authority or law enforcement authority.

Telephone conversations may be recorded by Us for training or monitoring purposes.

  • Telephone Monitoring You agree that Chase and its third-party service providers may listen to and record telephone calls as part of providing program services.

  • Email Communications You agree that We can communicate with you by email and provide You with Your Xxxxxxx Invoices with consolidated Submission Detailed Report information and Statements of Account through email, at the email address You have provided to Us on the WeRecycle Portal.

  • Services Communications Our Services include, in some cases, the ability to communicate to you, such as via email, text message, and push notifications. You hereby consent to our use of a l means of communication available to us to contact you. These communications may include messages from us, as we l as communications from Third Party Services and other of our third party partners. You may opt out of receiving communications by emailing us at our Contact Formavailable here or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link to the extent available in a communication you receive from us. We do not control and sha l have no responsibility for communications from third parties.
