Temporary Credit Limit Sample Clauses

A Temporary Credit Limit clause establishes a provisional increase in the amount of credit available to a customer for a specified period. This clause typically outlines the conditions under which the temporary limit applies, such as during peak business seasons or in response to a special request, and specifies when the limit will revert to the original amount. Its core function is to provide flexibility for customers who may need additional purchasing power for a short time, while also protecting the lender by clearly defining the terms and duration of the increased credit exposure.
