Corn Oil definition

Corn Oil means products that are essentially pure corn oil and are labeled as such
Corn Oil means the oil that is separated from the dried distillers’ grain, a Co-Product of a dry mill ethanol facility, and which is sold to the biofuel industry;
Corn Oil means corn oil, a high fat liquid product derived from the ethanol production process. In the event that set-off amounts are not sufficient to pay a Daily Installment, Xxxxxxxx shall retain all payments due Aemetis Keyes in connection with Xxxxxxxx’x marketing of the Ethanol Products until such time as the Daily Installments then due to Xxxxxxxx under this subsection (a) are current and paid in full. To the extent that any portion of the Re-Start Fee remains unpaid as of the expiration of the Re-Start Fee Accumulation Period (the “Final Maturity Date”), such outstanding balance shall bear interest at the rate of 18% per month until paid in full. Interest will be calculated based on actual days elapsed since the Final Maturity Date and a year of 365/366 days, as applicable.

  • Evidence that all filings necessary to perfect the Collateral Agent’s Lien on the Additional Collateral and the corn oil production assets transferred by the Additional Loan Parties to Green Plains Corn Oil LLC have been (or substantially concurrently with the effectiveness of this Amendment will be) duly made and the Collateral Agent shall have a first priority perfected security interest in the Additional Collateral and such corn oil production assets, subject to Permitted Liens.

  • If Soy Energy does not exercise its option to purchase, Seller will then have the right to sell the excess Corn Oil to third parties.

To the extent that any portion of the Re-Start Working Capital Repayment remains unpaid as of the expiration of the Re-Start Working Capital Repayment Accumulation Period (the “Final Maturity Date”), such outstanding balance shall bear interest at the rate of 18% APR, calculated daily, on any outstanding balance not repaid at the end of the Re-Start Working Capital Repayment Period at the Final Maturity Date. Interest will be calculated based on actual days elapsed since the Final Maturity Date and a year of 365/366 days, as applicable. In the Event of Default described herein or in the Related Agreements, Heiskell shall be permitted to apply the Re-Start Working Capital Repayment to any outstanding payments owed by Aemetis Xxxxx to Heiskell.

  • DG means Distributed Generation.

  • Fossil fuel means natural gas, petroleum, coal, or any form of solid, liquid, or gaseous fuel derived from such material.

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Compressed natural gas means a mixture of hydrocarbon gases and vapors that consists primarily of methane in gaseous form that has been compressed for use as a fuel to propel a motor vehicle.
