Any pregnant employee will be deemed eligible for sick leave to the extent allowable or to utilize accumulated sick leave commencing with the ninth month of pregnancy or twenty (20) working days prior to the expected date of birth (whichever date occurs last) and shall continue until twenty (20) working days or one month after the birth of a child (whichever date occurs first).
