Effective Date of Benefit Termination Medical, dental and life coverage termination will take effect on the first of the month following the loss of eligible employee or dependent status. Severance Termination (a) Subject to 56.7 above, indeterminate employees on 4 June 2014 shall be entitled to a severance payment equal to one (1) week's pay for each complete year of continuous employment and, in the case of a partial year of continuous employment, one (1) week's pay multiplied by the number of days of continuous employment divided by three hundred sixty-five (365), to a maximum of thirty (30) weeks.

Benefit Termination Any employee terminating employment shall be entitled to receive the District insurance contribution for the remainder of the calendar month in which the contribution is effective. In cases where separation occurs after completion of the employee’s full contract obligation (i.e. the end of the school/work year), benefit coverage will continue through August 31 of that year.
