Equipment Issue. A. Each employee shall be provided a personal standard SCBA facemask. The department will provide prescription eyewear insert for an employee who requires it. B. Dress Uniforms The Fire Chief, or his or her designee, will designate the type of uniform to be worn by on-duty personnel at all official fire department function(s) such as funerals, ceremonies, parades, etc. Bargaining Unit members shall be informed through customary and ordinary departmental communications regarding the type of uniform required for an official fire department function. The designated uniform is optional for off-duty Bargaining Unit members attending the official fire department function(s). C. Special Teams/Functions The Department shall provide any required uniform item(s) or equipment for any member of a special team/function and the replacement of such uniform item(s) or equipment.

Equipment Issue. The parties have negotiated and executed a written memorandum of agreement (MOA) which is attached as Exhibit D and included by reference into this Agreement. This MOA will list the enumerated standard issue items including uniforms and equipment. The County will furnish body armor to each employee who is required to wear body armor as a regular part of the performance of duty. Body armor shall be replaced according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Corrections and Community Corrections employees who do not regularly wear body armor, will have available for issue, as needed, tactical body armor vests which fit the employee.

  • Equipment Use You will keep the Equipment in good working order, use it for business purposes only and not modify or move it from its initial location without our consent. If we have entered into a separate arrangement with you for maintenance, service, supplies, etc. with respect to the Equipment, payments under this Agreement may include amounts owed under that arrangement, which amounts may be invoiced as one payment for your convenience, and which amounts may be subject to change from time to time based on that arrangement. POSTAGE DEVICES. Postage measurement devices referenced herein which are subject to a separate rental agreement between you and us are not part of the Equipment and your use and the ownership of such devices will be governed exclusively by your rental agreement with us. You will need to reference your rental agreement with us for the term of, and your rights and obligations under, the rental agreement. For your convenience, payments under this Agreement may include the rental amounts you owe us under the rental agreement.

  • First Aid The employer will appoint an employee who holds a current First Aid certificate and who is covered by this agreement as first aid attendant. Any first aid chest, box or cupboard provided by the employer will be in control of that employee and his/her name will be made known throughout the establishment in which he/she is employed and will be inscribed on the first aid chest, box or cupboard.

  • EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES A. EQUIPMENT, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. Supplier will provide the Equipment, Products, or Services as stated in its Proposal submitted under the Solicitation Number listed above. Supplier’s Equipment, Products, or Services Proposal (Proposal) is attached and incorporated into this Contract. All Equipment and Products provided under this Contract must be new and the current model. Supplier may offer close-out or refurbished Equipment or Products if they are clearly indicated in Supplier’s product and pricing list. Unless agreed to by the Participating Entities in advance, Equipment or Products must be delivered as operational to the Participating Entity’s site. This Contract offers an indefinite quantity of sales, and while substantial volume is anticipated, sales and sales volume are not guaranteed.
