Temporary Suspension. a) The President may impose a temporary suspension on a faculty member pending the outcome of an investigation of allegations against the faculty member. b) During a temporary suspension a faculty member may be relieved from some or all of his/her duties and may be deprived of some of his/her rights and privileges; but his or her salary should not be reduced or discontinued during the period of temporary suspension. c) The period of a temporary suspension shall not normally be longer than sixty (60) days.
