Common use of Ten Years Employment Clause in Contracts

Ten Years Employment. An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least ten (10) years and has completed 19,000 hours compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 hour vacation with pay for each 13 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 160 hours until qualifying for further vacation under RULE 14.4 of this Rule.

Ten Years Employment. An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least ten (10) years and has completed 19,000 20,000 hours cumulative compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 receive one (1) hour vacation with pay for each 13 every 12.5 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, year with a maximum of 160 hours hours, until qualifying for further vacation under RULE 14.4 of this RuleParagraph (iv).

An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee relationship for at least ten (10) years and has completed 19,000 hours compensated service and/or available for duty, shall be allowed 1 hour 4 weeks’ vacation with pay for each 13 hours worked during or 8 % of the preceding calendar yearprevious years’ gross wages, with a maximum of 160 hours until qualifying for further vacation under RULE 14.4 of this Rulewhichever is greater.

Ten Years Employment. An employee who at the beginning of the calendar year has maintained a continuous employee employment relationship for at least ten (10) years and has completed 19,000 hours compensated service and/or available for dutyyears, shall be allowed 1 hour vacation with pay for each 13 hours worked during the preceding calendar year, with a maximum of 160 hours hours, or 8% of the previous year’s wages, whichever is greater, until qualifying for further vacation under RULE 14.4 Article 13.4 of this RuleArticle.
