Xxxx Amount The Provider is to collect the bond (as defined in the Residential Tenancies Act) (the Bond Amount) (or the relevant part of the Bond T E M P L A T E Requirement Detail Amount) from the Tenant, except where MSD has confirmed that it will be providing financial assistance to the Tenant in respect of the Bond Amount (in which case the Provider will collect the Bond Amount, or part of the Bond Amount, from MSD). The Provider is to comply with its obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act regarding the Bond Amount (including receipt and lodging requirements).
