Tenant Notification Letter. Seller shall deliver a tenant notification letter, in a form reasonably provided by Buyer and duly executed by Seller, notifying each Tenant under a Tenant Lease that the Property has been conveyed to Buyer and directing each Tenant to make all payments of rent and to send any notices or other correspondence regarding their respective Tenant Leases to the persons and addresses to be determined by Buyer and specified in each such letter, on and after the Closing Date.
Tenant Notification Letter. Purchaser shall deliver to each of the tenants under the Leases a signed statement acknowledging Purchaser’s receipt and responsibility for each such tenant’s security deposit (to the extent delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law. The provisions of this Section 10.8 shall survive Closing.
Tenant Notification Letter. Purchaser shall deliver to each Tenant a signed statement acknowledging Purchaser’s receipt and responsibility for the Tenant’s security deposit (to the extent delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law.
Tenant Notification Letter. Seller shall deliver to Escrow Holder a letter to Saatchi in the form of Exhibit “H” (“Tenant Notification Letter”), duly executed by Seller and dated as of the Close of Escrow, which Tenant Notification Letter shall be countersigned by Buyer and delivered by Buyer to Saatchi promptly following the Closing.
Tenant Notification Letter. Buyer shall deliver to Escrow Holder the Tenant Notification Letter , duly executed by Buyer and to be delivered by Buyer to Saatchi promptly following the Closing.
Tenant Notification Letter. Within two (2) calendar days after the Closing, Seller shall deliver to each of the tenants under the Leases a Tenant Notice Letter. The provisions of this Section 10.20 shall survive Closing.
Tenant Notification Letter. Purchaser shall deliver to Tenant and/or Subtenant, if applicable, a signed statement acknowledging Purchaser’s receipt and responsibility for Tenant’s and/or Subtenant’s, if applicable, security deposit (to the extent delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law. The provisions of this Section 10.8 shall survive Closing.
Tenant Notification Letter. Seller shall execute a tenant notification letter in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 8.3 to the tenant pursuant to the Lease (the “Tenant Notification Letter”), indicating the change of ownership of the Property with the name and address of the Buyer and the Closing Date, and shall upon the Closing deliver the executed Tenant Notification Letters to Buyer.
Tenant Notification Letter. Tenant Notification Letters duly executed by Seller and previously approved by Buyer, and dated as of the Closing notifying Tenants that the Property has been sold to Buyer and that all of Seller's right, title and interest to the respective lease has been assigned to Buyer, and commencing immediately, all rent and other payments and notices under the respective lease are to be paid and sent to Buyer.
Tenant Notification Letter. After the Closing, Seller will send a letter to notify tenants of the change in ownership and where to send further rent payments.
