Tenant Notification Letters. Purchaser shall deliver to each and every tenant of the Property under a Lease thereof a signed statement acknowledging Purchaser's receipt and responsibility for each tenant's security deposit (to the extent delivered by Seller to Purchaser at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive Closing.
Tenant Notification Letters. A letter to each of the Tenants under the Leases, in form and substance satisfactory to Buyer, advising such Tenants of the sale of the Property to Buyer and directing the Tenants to tender all future payments under the Leases to Buyer.
Tenant Notification Letters. Seller shall execute a Tenant Notification Letter in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 9.3 to each of the Tenants, if any, pursuant to the Leases (the "Tenant Notification Letter"), indicating the change of ownership of the Property with the name and address of the Buyer and the Closing Date, and shall, upon the Closing, deliver the executed Tenant Notification Letter to Buyer.
Tenant Notification Letters. Borrower and Buyer each covenant and agree that, no later than two (2) Business Days after the date hereof, Borrower and Buyer shall deliver (or cause the delivery) to each tenant under a Lease a fully executed and complete irrevocable notification letter in form and substance acceptable to Lender in accordance with the required notice provisions under such Lease.
Tenant Notification Letters. Seller shall deliver a letter, reasonably acceptable in form and substance to Seller and Buyers, addressed to each of the Tenants under the Tenant Leases (“Tenant Notification Letters”), duly executed by Seller and dated as of the Closing Date, notifying such Tenants that: (i) the applicable Property has been sold to the applicable Buyer and/or its respective designees (in Buyers’ sole discretion and as designated in Schedule 4 hereof); (ii) all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the applicable Tenant Leases and Tenant Deposits have been assigned to the applicable Buyer and/or its respective designees (in Buyers’ sole discretion and as designated in Schedule 4 hereof); and (iii) commencing immediately, all rent and other payments and any notices under the applicable Tenant Leases are to be paid and sent to the applicable Buyer and/or its respective designees (in Buyers’ sole discretion and as designated in Schedule 4 hereof) or to such other place or person as such Buyer or designee(s) shall designate.
Tenant Notification Letters. Deliver signed statements acknowledging to each Tenant at the Property, Purchaser’s receipt and responsibility for each tenant’s security deposit at Closing, if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law, and notifying such tenant of revised instructions for payment of its rent. The provisions of this paragraph shall survive Closing;
Tenant Notification Letters. Seller shall execute a tenant notification letter in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 8.3 to each tenant of the Real Property (the "TENANT NOTIFICATION LETTER"), indicating the change of ownership of the Property with the name and address of the Buyer and the Closing Date, and shall upon the Closing deliver an executed Tenant Notification Letter to Buyer with respect to each tenant of the Real Property.
Tenant Notification Letters. Buyer may waive compliance on Seller's part under any of the foregoing items by an instrument in writing.
Tenant Notification Letters. The Tenant Notices executed by Fee Owner at Closing shall include a signed statement acknowledging Fee Owner's receipt and responsibility for each tenant's security deposit (but only to the extent actually received by or credited to Fee Owner at Closing), if any, all in compliance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of applicable law. The provisions of this SECTION 17.7 shall survive Closing.
