Towing. Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
Towing. In the event that the covered vehicle has a mechanical breakdown and the vehicle is immobilized, the COMPANY will arrange and pay for necessary towing services, in a platform when available to the nearest repair or service location within the city and/or state where the vehicle is located. Limit for this coverage is of $1,000.00 USD and/or two events. In all instances of towing of the covered vehicle it is necessary for the BENEFICIARY or a representative to accompany the tow truck during the service.
Towing. The Vehicle is not allowed to tow any other vehicle or trailer. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: The Vehicle can only be driven by an authorized driver 25 years of age or older possessing a valid and identifiable driver’s license. All drivers must be covered under the Renter’s insurance and will be bound by the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
Towing. You or any other authorised driver must not use the vehicle for towing unless we have given you written permission.
Towing. Under this section we will insure you while any motorhome covered by this insurance is towing a caravan, trailer or a broken-down vehicle (as allowed by law). We will only provide this cover if: • The caravan, trailer or broken-down vehicle is properly secured to your motorhome by towing equipment made for the purpose and • The method of towing the caravan, trailer or broken-down vehicle stays within the manufacturer’s recommended towing limits and any other relevant law We will not pay any claim arising from: • Loss of or damage to the towed caravan, trailer, or broken-down vehicle • Loss of or damage to any property being carried in or on the towed caravan, trailer, or broken- down vehicle • A caravan, trailer or broken-down vehicle being towed for reward • Towing more trailers than the number allowed by law or • If more than one caravan or broken-down vehicle is being towed at any one time Where we must provide cover under the Road Traffic Act, we will pay for emergency medical treatment that is needed after an accident involving any motorhome which this insurance covers. This cover only applies in the United Kingdom and where we must provide it under the Road Traffic Acts.
Towing. Inoperable, abandoned or unauthorized Vehicle(s), as well as Vehicles in a state of disrepair, will be towed at the owner’s expense in accordance with local and/or state ordinances regarding Vehicle towing. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes an inoperable or unauthorized Vehicle or a Vehicle in a state of disrepair. Your failure to properly display the parking decal assigned to You, or Your failure to honor the terms of this Addendum may result in the towing of Your or Your Authorized Occupants’ Vehicle. You agree that We will not be financially responsible for reimbursing You for the cost of towed Vehicles nor for any damages related to the physical towing nor for any
Towing. It is understood that the following vehicles will be towed at Resident’s expense:
(a) Resident’s vehicles parked in guest spaces or in any other place on the Premises not designated as Resident's parking space.
(b) Abandoned or inoperable vehicles. Vehicles not moved for ten consecutive days shall be deemed abandoned. Vehicles with flat tires, broken windows, sprung hoods, copious oil leaks or other non-roadworthy condition shall be deemed inoperable.
Towing. This agreement will pay up to $150 for towing anytime a covered component fails causing the Watercraft/Engine to be towed either in the water or on land. Any reimbursement shall be the actual towing charges in excess of any applicable reimbursement from any other party, including but not limited to, a manufacturer, association, or insurer. Towing must be performed by a valid marine towing company or authorized marine service facility.
Towing. When your vehicle is disabled due to mechanical breakdown, the Roadside Assistance Administrator will arrange for a Roadside Contractor to tow it to the nearest service facility of your choice up to the service expense equivalent of $100. Additional expense will be your responsibility to pay to the towing Roadside Contractor.
Towing. You are prohibited from towing or pushing anything with the Vehicle or loading the Vehicle in excess of manufacturer specifications.
