Guests and Visitors. The Tenant must not allow more than one visitor to stay in the Premises overnight. No visitor may stay in the Premises for more than 2 consecutive nights or more than 2 nights in the same week. The Tenant takes responsibility for all guests’ and visitors’ actions. The Landlord accepts no liability for the Tenant’s guests and visitors.
Guests and Visitors a) With roommate approval, guests of the same sex are permitted to remain overnight in the residence halls if residents have completed their roommate success plan.
b) Residents are responsible for behavior of guests.
c) Residence hall visitation hours are 24 hours and guests must be escorted 24 hours a day in all buildings.
Guests and Visitors. Residents may have up to 2 guest/visitors with the approval of their roommates permitted by the Guest Policy in the Community Living Standards Guide and as referred to in section I of this agreement. All guest/visitors must be accompanied by their resident host at all times. Overnight guest are permissible, but cannot stay for a duration exceeding 72 hours (three days). This policy may be subject to change.
Guests and Visitors. If you wish to have a guest stay overnight you must book them in for a maximum of 3 nights in any one week and there must be a break of at least 3 nights between visits, in accordance with the Guest procedure available in the A- Z section on the University’s Accommodation web pages. No guests under 18 years of age are permitted to stay in the Halls of Residence. You are responsible for the behaviour of your guests and you are responsible for any damage that they may cause or any breach of the Regulations caused by them.
Guests and Visitors. Overnight guests and visitors are limited to no more than three consecutive nights. The roommate must grant consent. A student host is responsible for the conduct of their guest and visitor, and must accompany guests and visitors at all times while in the residence halls. All guests and visitors must comply with College rules and regulations. Guest and visitor privileges may not be extended for the purpose of cohabitation. No student may have more than two guests or visitors at any given time. During special events/periods of time, the College may limit the number of guests allowed. All guests must be registered via the Guest Registration Form and signed in at the front desk. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted unless Housing and Residence Life receives prior written permission from their parent or legal guardian three business days prior to the visit. Overnight guests under the age of 13 are not permitted.
Guests and Visitors. Licensee shall permit no visitors or guests to enter the Housing Facility except as permitted by the Guest Policy in the Community Living Standards Guide and as referred to in section I of this agreement.
Guests and Visitors. In the case of a pandemic or any other act of nature that alters the Residential Life program, guest privileges of all residents may be suspended in support of City or State mandates. Residents are encouraged to minimize socializing or to convene in locations where there is enough space to ensure the proper distancing recommended by public health officials.
Guests and Visitors. 1.) The Authority permits Tenant's guests or visitors to stay in or at the Premises for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days, and a total of thirty (30) days in any twelve‐month period. Permission may be granted, at the sole discretion of the Authority, upon written request to the Authority, for an extension of this provision.
2.) If any person stays in or at the Premises more frequently or longer than this, then they are no longer a guest or a visitor and are considered an unauthorized person(s), therefore the person may no longer stay there unless the Authority gives written permission. Allowing a person to stay longer or more frequently than is allowed by this Lease without the advance written permission of the Authority is a serious violation of the material terms of the lease and may result in lease termination.
3.) The Authority may deny Tenant permission to have any person(s) as guests or visitors if the person(s) have any history of behavior on the Authority owned or managed premises that would be equivalent to a lease violation, or if they engage in such behavior while on the Authority owned or managed premises. Former tenant(s) or participant(s) who have been terminated, evicted or left in an unfavorable status, including but not limited to leaving with outstanding debt to the Authority, previously damaged property, VAWA bifurcation, or are on the Lifetime sex offender registry, are not permitted as overnight guests.
4.) Boarders, roommates, and lodgers are not guests or visitors and are not permitted to move into or occupy the Premises.
5.) Tenant is responsible for the conduct of guests/visitors. Tenant may be charged with a Lease violation or have Lease enforcement/termination action taken based on the conduct of Tenant’s guests/visitors. Tenant is also responsible for damages caused by Tenant’s guests/visitors and will be assessed applicable maintenance and cleaning charges arising from damages caused by Tenant’s guests/visitors.
Guests and Visitors. A. The term “Guest”, as used in the contract and these rules, includes: the party signing the contract and members of that Party’s nuclear family.
Guests and Visitors. 8.1 Visitors may only stay overnight in accommodation if the number of sleepers in your room corresponds with the number of bed types so as to not breach the accommodation maximum specified in the Hotel's Fire Policy.
8.2 You are responsible for the conduct of your Guests and Visitors whilst they are on the premises at all times including without limitation their orderly conduct in the Hotel's Facilities and that no noise or nuisance is caused either for the Hotel or its other Guests and clients. You and your Guests or Visitors must cooperate and comply with any reasonable requirements of and with any policies of the Hotel and the Hotel Facilities as may apply from time to time.
8.3 Individuals suspected of soliciting or importuning irrespective of whether or not they are a Guest, Resident or Visitor will be denied access to the Hotel.
