Tenant-Paid Utilities. If Tenant resides in a development where the Authority does not supply electricity, natural gas, or heating fuel, an Allowance for Utilities shall be established, appropriate for the size and type of dwelling unit, for utilities Tenant pays directly to the utility supplier.
