Common use of Tenant’s Approval Deadline Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Approval Deadline. Tenant shall approve the Construction Pricing Proposal pursuant to Section 2.6.1 above on or before Tenant’s Approval Deadline (defined below). As used in this Expansion Space Work Letter, “Tenant’s Approval Deadline” means the date occurring 10 business days after the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement; provided, however, that Tenant’s Approval Deadline shall be extended by one (1) day for each day, if any, by which Tenant’s approval of the Construction Pricing Proposal pursuant to Section 2.6.1 above is delayed by any failure of Landlord to perform its obligations under this Section 2.
