Tenant’s Building Share. The ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the total Rentable Area of the Premises to the total Rentable Area of the Building as determined by Landlord from time to time, which as of the Commencement Date shall equal one hundred percent (100%). Tenant's Building Share shall be recalculated any time that the amount of Rentable Area contained in Premises is adjusted, or there is a change in the total Rentable Area of the Building.
