Landlord reserves the right, throughout the term of the Lease, to recalculate the Total Rentable Area of the Building and/or the Complex.
Tenant’s Proportionate Building Share is the ratio of the Total Rentable Area of the Premises to the aggregate Total Rentable Area of the Building, from time to time.
