Total Rentable Area of the Building definition

Total Rentable Area of the Building means the sum of Rentable Areas for all leaseable premises on office floors (measured in accordance with the terms hereof) and the Rentable Area of all leaseable premises on the main floor excluding in each case storage areas located outside of the premises.
Total Rentable Area of the Building means the total Rentable Area of the Building located at or above grade level.
Total Rentable Area of the Building means the aggregate of the Rentable Area of each floor in the Building as if each floor to occupied by one tenant, all as determined by the Architect. The Total Rentable Area of the Building shall: (a) exclude the main telephone, mechanical, electrical, and other utility rooms and enclosures, public lobbies by the Architect from time to take account of any structural, functional or other change affecting the same.

  • Landlord reserves the right, throughout the term of the Lease, to recalculate the Total Rentable Area of the Building and/or the Complex.

  • Tenant’s Proportionate Building Share is the ratio of the Total Rentable Area of the Premises to the aggregate Total Rentable Area of the Building, from time to time.

  • The Landlord may from time to time, as it deems necessary, cause the Rentable Area of the Leased Premises and the Total Rentable Area of the Building or any part thereof to be recalculated or remeasured and the cost thereof shall be included in Operating Costs (except as otherwise provided in this Section 4.08).

  • Tenant's Building Operating Cost Percentage during the Additional Term shall be 64.05% (i.e., 124,758 square feet divided by the Total Rentable Area of the Building, which is 194,776 square feet).

More Definitions of Total Rentable Area of the Building

Total Rentable Area of the Building means the aggregate of the Rentable Area of each floor in the Building intended for leasing as if each floor is occupied by one tenant, all as determined by the Architect. The Total Rentable Area of the Building shall: (a) exclude the main telephone, mechanical, electrical and other utility rooms and enclosures, public lobbies on the ground floor, and other public space common to the entire Building; and, (b) be adjusted by the Architect from time to time to take account of any structural, functional or other change affecting the same.
Total Rentable Area of the Building means the aggregate of the Rentable Area of each floor in the Building intended for office or retail use as if each floor is occupied by one tenant, all as determined by the Architect in accordance with the BOMA Standard. The Total Rentable Area of the Building shall: (a) exclude the main telephone, mechanical, electrical and other utility rooms and enclosures, public lobbies on the ground floor, and other public space common to the entire Building; and, (b) be adjusted by the Architect from time to time to take account of any structural, functional or other change affecting the same.
Total Rentable Area of the Building means the aggregate of all Rentable Areas (including the Premises) of the Building, measured in accordance with the method of floor measurement specified in Schedule “A” of this Lease, excluding all storage areas located below grade.
