Tennis Courts Sample Clauses

Tennis Courts. The new Parking Access Drive shall displace two existing tennis courts. Such courts will be replaced with one standard size tennis court and two pickleball/junior size tennis courts all to be designed and constructed by LPS at its cost and expense subject to reimbursement as described on Exhibit ā€œDā€. City will be responsible for routine maintenance of the replacement tennis courts, including painted striping, and for future capital repair and replacement of the replacement tennis courts.
Tennis Courts. The work on the tennis courts have included the provision of an electrical supply to power flood lights and the gate monitoring and payment system. Some of this work has involved laying of electrical power cables outside the leased area and involves the tennis pavilion which was not part of the original agreement. Whilst this work is necessary it is important that a further agreement be entered into to ensure:

Tennis Courts. 24.1. Regularly (weekly) inspect to ensure the nets are in good condition and are ready for play. Remedy any damage to nets as soon as practicable. 24.2. Regularly inspect (monthly) to ensure grass and plant growth is not intruding onto any part of the court surface. Instruct the gardeners to immediately weed or treat to remove any intrusions. 24.3. Regularly inspect (monthly) top ensure the surrounding fencing and gate is in good condition and remedy any damage to damaged fencing as soon as practicable. 24.4. Ensure that if an announcement is made via the government instructions all directions are correctly administrated to and signage is displayed and lockdowns are followed.
Tennis Courts. All rentals are a minimum two (2) hours use. Fees will not be pro-rated. 1. Resident, ALTA, USTA member $4 per hr. 2. Non-Residents $6 per hr.
