Tense and Gender. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the singular shall include the plural and vice versa. Whenever the masculine, feminine, or neuter gender is used inappropriately in this Agreement, this Agreement shall be read as if the appropriate gender was used.

Tense and Gender. As used herein, the term "Borrower" includes the singular and the plural and refers to all genders.

The use of the title “Bidder”, “Vendor”, “Contractor” or “Consultant” within this contract or associated bid documents shall be deemed interchangeable and shall refer to the person or entity with whom the City of Sparks is contracting for the service or product referenced within this contract.
