Any such leave shall not be counted toward permanent status in the DistrictDistrict if, despite the leave, the tenure review committee conducts a complete evaluation of the member by the completion deadline set forth in Article 20. Where the evaluation is not completed, the time on leave shall not count toward permanent status.
