Common use of Term and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Term and Renewals. The initial term of this Agreement will be as set forth in the Order Form (the “Initial Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Section 13. The Initial Term will automatically renew for successive one year periods commencing on the anniversary of the end of the Initial Term (each a “Renewal Term”; the Initial Term and all Renewal Terms are collectively referred to as the “Term”), unless either party notifies the other on or before ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then Term.
