Common use of Term Life Benefit Clause in Contracts

Term Life Benefit. The Employer shall provide a term life benefit to cover all employees who work an average of 35 hours per week or greater in the amount of $45,000.00 or their annual salary, whichever is greater, at no cost to the employee.
