Common use of Term of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Term of Benefits. The Employer shall provide to Employee the severance benefits described in Paragraph C below commencing on termination of the Employee's employment with Employer or termination of this Agreement that qualifies under the terms of Paragraph 6.4 of this Agreement for severance benefits, with such severance benefits continuing for a period of twelve (12) months (the "BENEFIT PERIOD").

Term of Benefits. The Employer shall provide to Employee the severance benefits described in Paragraph C below commencing on termination of the Employee's employment with Employer or termination of this Agreement that qualifies under the terms of Paragraph 6.4 of this Agreement for severance benefits, with such severance benefits continuing for a period of twelve six (126) months (the "BENEFIT PERIOD").

The Employer shall provide to Employee the severance benefits described in Paragraph C below commencing on termination of the Employee's employment with Employer or termination of this Agreement employment that qualifies under the terms of Paragraph 6.3 and 6.4 of this the Employment Agreement for severance benefits, benefits and with such severance benefits continuing for a period of twelve twenty-four (1224) months (the "BENEFIT PERIOD")months.
