Term of Consultant Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall end at completion of the Scope of Services identified in Exhibit A, but no later than December 31, 2015. The Parties may, upon mutual written agreement, extend this Agreement to accomplish change orders. ,%WW `%W 5.
Term of Consultant Agreement. 4.1 The initial term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year, commencing on the date of first written above, subject to earlier termination as hereinafter provided.
Term of Consultant Agreement. Xxxxx'x employment as a consultant hereunder shall begin the first business day after the Termination Date and, unless terminated prior to that time pursuant to Section 9 hereof, shall continue until September 30, 1996 (such period being the "Term").
Term of Consultant Agreement. This agreement will begin on October 1, 2015 and will end on or before April 30, 2016, unless extended by written agreement of the Consultant and Renton. The total amount of this Agreement is not to exceed the sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($30,000.00). Washington State sales tax is not required. The Consultant will submit monthly an itemized statement setting forth the time spent and services rendered on each day worked. 5. Reimbursement of Expenses. Renton will pay the Consultant on a monthly basis for expenses in support of official business. Expenses for such items as data files, printing, mail house handling charges, and postage are estimated not to exceed $20,000 for this project. Travel time will be billed at $110 per hour. Travel time and travel costs (if required) are in addition to the amount of this agreement.
